This program is devoted to the study of forced oscillation of the generalized pendule de Dung,

Parametric is an application for the study of the forced modified Duffing osillator.
This program allows an numerical exploration of the phase space (x,dx/dt). This exploration is made more convenient with the use of the mouse and the graphical output. This convenience yield to an easiest and more intuitive approach to this standard problem of classical mechanic. With this tool, one can grasp some aspects of the Hamiltonian chaos. (This system is not dissipativ). |
